{"id":958782,"date":"2022-10-07T16:59:14","date_gmt":"2022-10-07T20:59:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rsb-staging2.ca-avance.ca\/maternity-leave\/"},"modified":"2022-10-07T16:59:14","modified_gmt":"2022-10-07T20:59:14","slug":"maternity-leave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rsb-staging2.ca-avance.ca\/en\/maternity-leave\/","title":{"rendered":"Maternity Leave"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Congratulations!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kindly submit an e-mail to Human Resources at: <a href=\"mailto:LOA@rsb.qc.ca\">LOA@rsb.qc.ca<\/a>, 3 weeks before the date that you\nwish to start the maternity leave (cc the School Principal\/Centre Director),\nindicating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the date that you wish to start the\nmaternity leave (starting on a Sunday);<\/li><li>the plan that you wish to take with\nthe Qu\u00e9bec Parental Insurance Plan (QPIP), between the 50-week one and the\n40-week one; <\/li><li>submit a copy of the medical\ncertificate that indicates the expected date of birth. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>REMINDER<\/strong>: QPIP\nrequires that you register with them on the Sunday at the start of the\nmaternity leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon reception of your e-mail, we will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>confirm the dates of the maternity leave<ul><li>request that you submit:<ul><li>a copy of the medical document that\nindicates the baby\u2019s date of birth;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>a copy of the QPIP Benefit\nCalculation Chart that indicates the amount that they are paying you<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>send the Record of Employment to Services Canada.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Congratulations on your exciting\nnews, good luck with your pregnancy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please also consult the Quebec Parental Insurance Plan for detailed information regarding your maternity\/parental\/paternity leave <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rqap.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/home\">https:\/\/www.rqap.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/home<\/a><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations!
